The FAG 33019 single-row tapered roller bearing, with dimensions of 95 × 145 × 39 mm, provides a precisely fitted bearing solution for combined loads in industrial applications.
The 33019 tapered roller bearing is a complete, single-row rolling bearing in a standard design. It simultaneously accommodates high radial forces as well as axial forces from one direction. Thanks to the tapered raceways and roller sets, the components run smoothly. The bearing is designed for operating temperatures ranging from -30 to +120 degrees and is used to guide mechanical assemblies in mechanical engineering and maintenance.
It is primarily used in shaft mountings and gearbox units where combined guiding forces occur. As a single tapered roller bearing, by design, can only support axial forces in one direction, it is often fitted in pairs in a face-to-face arrangement. The interaction of both bearings creates a rigid guidance system that maintains defined shaft positions under load. The integrated sheet steel cage guides the rolling elements evenly within the roller set.
This bearing is manufactured to the standard tolerance P0/PN, which corresponds to the ABEC 1 classification. This manufacturing precision covers common installation scenarios that do not impose special requirements for extreme concentricity. The fitted sheet steel cage keeps the tapered rollers spaced apart and is suitable for temperatures ranging from -30 to +120 degrees. When selecting the bearing, the fits for an inner diameter of 95 mm and an outer diameter of 145 mm must be taken into account.
With a bore of 95 mm, an external diameter of 145 mm and a total width of 39 mm, the component fits into appropriately sized housings and onto shaft seats with standard fits.
Tapered roller bearings of this type can accommodate both high radial loads and unilateral axial forces. Typical applications include rigid mounting arrangements for shafts and gearbox stages in general mechanical engineering.
P0 and PN denote the standard tolerance class in common use, whilst ABEC 1 represents the corresponding classification. This accuracy class defines the permissible dimensional and runout tolerances for normal industrial operating conditions.
The permissible temperature range is between -30 and +120 degrees. Within these limits, the sheet steel cage and the rolling elements retain their dimensional stability during continuous operation, provided they are properly lubricated.
A single single-row bearing supports axial forces in one direction only. If two units are mounted facing each other, axial guidance can be achieved on both sides and the bearing clearance can be adjusted as required.
