Shipping times
All items are sent from stock. If you order on weekdays until 19:00 (Fridays until 17:00), we will ship on the same day.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Your orders placed during this time will be dispatched to you immediately on the following working day.
We will ship items specially procured for you on the date agreed in the offer. We ourselves are dependent on punctual delivery from upstream suppliers. Please therefore allow for any delays in your scheduling.
We ship all standard parcel orders with DHL/UPS.
If an item weighs more than 25 kg, we will be happy to deliver by forwarding agent.

If the status is “In process”, the order has not yet been dispatched and we are in the process of picking, checking and packing the goods. Changes may no longer be possible here. Please contact us for more information.
If your order has the status “Complete” in the order overview, the goods are already on their way to you.
