30-right of return

If, for any reason, you do not require an item from us, you have up to 30 days
from the invoice date, you can exchange or return the goods quickly and easily.

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns of less than 200 euros - you will be refunded the full value of the goods immediately.

Should you wish to return more, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the goods.

Important:

The returned items must still be unopened and in a resalable condition. For quality reasons, we are unable to refund stock with opened or damaged/dirty outer packaging. Please note that all returned goods are carefully checked by us for originality, condition and resalability.
Exception:

Unfortunately, we cannot take back items that have been specially procured or cut to size for you.
Procedure:

You can request a return label in your customer account, which we will send you by e-mail. Please print this out, fill it in, place it in the parcel and send it to the address shown there. Once we have successfully checked your return, we will immediately issue you with a credit note for the value of the goods.
