Alternative ordering methods:
For initial telephone orders without a customer account, we would ask you to register online first. As soon as a customer account exists, we can accept both telephone orders and written orders.
If you place an order for the first time by e-mail (info@ekugellager.de) without a previous customer account, we can carry out the necessary re-registration and order for you using the telephone number, invoice and delivery address provided. With an existing customer account, you can send us orders by any means.
Structure of order designations:
The designations of rolling bearings can generally be divided into three areas:
- Prefix
- master designation
- suffix
The prefix is optional and mainly describes basic special properties of the core product. Probably the best-known prefix is the letter “S”, which describes a stainless design for deep groove ball bearings, for example.
The master designation, on the other hand, is the core of the designation and provides information about the type and size of the bearing.
Suffixes are also optional, but are used in the majority of rolling bearing designations. They are used when a product is offered in other versions in addition to its core properties. For example, the suffix “-2RS” in the area of deep groove ball bearings indicates a bearing with an NBR seal that grinds on both sides.

You can reach us by phone from Monday to Thursday between 08:00 and 16:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00. You can reach us by e-mail Monday to Thursday between 08:00 and 19:00 and Friday from 08:00 - 17:00.
The desired article cannot be found:
If you cannot find an item in our online store, you are welcome to send us an inquiry by e-mail, telephone or via the contact function of the online store. We will then send you an offer as soon as possible.
Missing invoice:
In principle, we generate and send the invoices in PDF format on the same day at the dispatch times and send them by e-mail. If the invoice does not arrive by e-mail, you should first check the spam filter. All invoices can also be found in your customer account. If the e-mail for sending invoices has changed, please contact us.
Is there a catalog or a price list?
All stocks and prices are constantly updated online.
For technical information such as load limits, speeds, etc., please use the relevant manufacturer websites, where all data and drawings can usually be viewed.
Identification of products:
There are several ways to find the desired product using the search function in our online store. The most reliable method is to enter the manufacturer's article description. This can usually be found on the packaging and/or engraved on the bearing itself. If this is not the case, a rolling bearing can be narrowed down by identifying the dimensions. To do this, measure the inner diameter (bore), outer diameter and width of the bearing, ideally using a calliper gauge. You can enter these values in the search fields provided in our online store. The filter function allows you to narrow down the number of hits even further if required. If you are unsure, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.
Customer number:
You can find your customer number in the “My customer account” section. We ask you to always have this ready when contacting us by e-mail or telephone to ensure a smooth process.
Supplier declarations and certificates of origin:
We fully understand that it is extremely important for our mainly export-oriented customers to know the origin of the various goods. As a rule, we are therefore asked to issue so-called supplier's declarations, in which we confirm for a certain period of time that a certain product is manufactured in a certain country. We ask for your understanding that we are unable to issue supplier's declarations. We will be happy to explain our decision.
As a rule, manufacturers have their products produced at different locations. For example, it may be that a stock type is manufactured in Italy, Portugal and Germany. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.
Alternatively, it is always possible for us to confirm the origin of the goods in writing when you place an order. In this case, we can determine the country of origin directly during order picking and thus ensure that we provide you with correct information. If you would like this procedure, please let us know together with your order (e.g. by using the comments field). Of course, we can also provide you with the customs tariff numbers of the items.
Free delivery:
As soon as you reach an order value of EUR 99 (net and excluding shipping costs), you will receive deliveries by standard shipping without charging shipping costs.

Dispatch of invoices:
We generally send all invoices by e-mail in PDF format to the e-mail address stored in your customer account. If you would like a separate e-mail address for sending invoices, please let us know.

Returns:
You can return goods ordered from us within 30 days. The condition for this is that the goods are in an unopened and undamaged condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of goods that have been specially procured or cut to size for you (guide rails & shafts).
To initiate a return, you can request a return slip in your customer account - depending on the case, we can also provide you with a free return label.
Same-day shipping:
All orders that reach us Monday to Thursday by 7 p.m. via the online store are dispatched on the same day. On Fridays, we ship orders placed before 5 p.m. on the same day.
Shipping times:
Orders by standard shipping usually have a delivery time of 1-2 days within Germany. In exceptional cases this can also take 3 or 4 days. For urgent orders, please use our inexpensive express services with guaranteed delivery times.
When is the daily shipping deadline?
In order to be able to process your order on the same day, we need your order by 19:00 (on Fridays by 17:00). As a rule, you will receive your goods within 24 hours at the delivery address you specify.
Express shipments by UPS or courier (same-day delivery) can be booked in the store on request. Of course, the above shipping times also apply to express shipments. It is also possible to select courier shipping until 19:00 (on Fridays until 17:00).
What is the courier service?
We promise that all orders sent by courier service during our shipping times will be on their way to you by courier within 30 minutes of placing the order.

How long does delivery take?
To ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible, we send you all items from stock. Orders placed within our shipping times will of course be processed on the same day and shipped using the shipping method of your choice.
We will ship items specially procured for you at the agreed time specified in the offer. We ourselves are dependent on punctual delivery from our suppliers. Please therefore allow for any delays in your scheduling.
We ship all standard parcel orders with DHL or UPS.
Experience shows that 9 out of 10 parcels reach their destination within Germany within 24 hours.

In the field of linear technology, we are one of the few mail order companies that can precisely cut and deburr profile rails and shafts to your desired dimensions on a same-day basis. Please use the linear configurator for this. All machined metal goods are provided with corrosive protection and robust transport packaging.
30-day return guarantee:
We grant our customers a 30-day right of return on goods purchased from us. Goods that have been specially procured or cut to size for you (yard goods such as shafts and guide rails) are excluded from the return guarantee.
