Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly do not relate to their trade, business or independent professional activity.
Consumers shall have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without stating any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire after fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired possession of the goods or, in the case of multiple goods, the last good.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, telefax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement by electronic means on our website at www.ekugellager.de. If you make use of this option, we will promptly confirm receipt of such withdrawal (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For such reimbursement, we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned to us or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods prior to the expiry of the fourteen (14)-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Such costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 10.00 (in words: ten euros) to EUR 20.00 (in words: twenty euros).
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if such diminished value results from any handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly customized to the consumer’s personal needs.
