1. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, on our Websites – both on the client side and on the server side.

7. We have entered into a data processing agreement with Google in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. The transfer of data to third countries (in particular to the USA) is carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU standard contractual clauses and – where applicable – on the basis of an adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework – DPF). Google is DPF-certified.
8. The data sent by us and linked to cookies are automatically deleted after a maximum of thirteen (13) months. The maximum lifespan of Google Analytics cookies is two (2) years.

II. ABLyft
1. ABLyft is a privacy-friendly A/B testing platform (Germany) which, according to its own statements, does not store Personal Data such as IP addresses or user IDs, but processes data in aggregated form. ABLyft uses cookies that are stored on your device and can be read by us. In this way, we are able to recognise variants and display the same version to users of our Websites on subsequent visits.
2. Hosting takes place in Germany.
3. We use ABLyft to analyse the use of our Website and to regularly improve it. Through the statistics obtained, we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user.
4. If and to the extent that your Personal Data are processed, the legal basis is your Consent pursuant to Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG, provided that Consent is obtained via a consent tool.

III. Hotjar
1. We use Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd., Dragonara Business Centre, Malta (EU)) to better understand the needs of our users and to optimise the offering and the experience on our Websites. With the help of Hotjar’s technology, we gain a better understanding of our users’ experience (e.g. how much time users spend on which pages, which links they click, what they like and what they do not like, etc.), and this helps us to align our offering with the feedback of our users.
2. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data about the behaviour of our users and about their devices, in particular the IP address of the device (which is only collected and stored in anonymised form during your use of the Websites), screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), information about the browser used, location (country only), and the preferred language for displaying our Websites.
3. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymised user profile. Hotjar is contractually prohibited from selling the data collected on our behalf.
4. The Processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG (Consent).
