The FAG 32313 single-row tapered roller bearing, with dimensions of 65 × 140 × 51 mm, can withstand high radial loads as well as axial loads on one side.
The 32313 tapered roller bearing is a separable, single-row roller bearing in a standard design. Thanks to the obliquely arranged rollers between the inner and outer rings, this design is suitable for combined loads consisting of radial and axial forces. You will receive a complete tapered roller bearing from FAG, comprising the inner ring with roller cage and the matching outer ring. With an inner diameter of 65 mm and an outer diameter of 140 mm, this component meets demanding requirements in continuous industrial operation.
The 32313 tapered roller bearing is particularly suitable for applications where high radial forces act in conjunction with unilateral axial forces. Typical applications include gearboxes and general machinery designs subject to combined loads. As single-row tapered roller bearings, by their design, can only accommodate axial forces in one direction, they are usually fitted in pairs in an opposing arrangement. Such an X or O arrangement supports the shaft and allows the desired bearing clearance to be set.
This rolling bearing is fitted with a sheet steel cage. The cage guides the tapered rollers whilst being lightweight itself and facilitates the flow of lubricant around them. The permissible temperature range is between –30 and +120 degrees. Manufactured to tolerance class P0 (equivalent to ABEC 1), the bearing is suitable for standard mounting fits in mechanical engineering. When fitting, please take into account the overall width of 51 mm and the necessary adjustment of the operating bearing clearance.
This roller bearing guides rolling elements along tapered raceways and accommodates radial forces as well as unilateral axial forces. The complete tapered roller bearing has a 65 mm bore, an outer diameter of 140 mm and a width of 51 mm. Thanks to its separable design, you can fit the inner ring, including the roller cage, and the outer ring independently of one another.
The bearing has an internal diameter of 65 mm, an external diameter of 140 mm and a total width of 51 mm. These standardised dimensions enable it to be fitted precisely into housings and onto shafts with corresponding mating surfaces in industrial applications.
The permissible operating temperature range is from -30 to +120 degrees. Within these limits, the bearing rings and tapered rollers retain their dimensional stability. In practice, the actual operating temperature that can be achieved depends largely on the thermal stability of the lubricant used.
Tolerance class P0 refers to the standard normal tolerance, often also designated as ABEC 1. It defines the permissible dimensional and runout deviations for standard industrial applications. This specification fully meets the usual requirements for accuracy and fit in mechanical engineering.
The sheet steel cage keeps the individual rollers at a uniform distance apart and prevents them from coming into contact with one another. The open design provides ample space for the lubricant and is characterised by high mechanical strength at temperatures up to +120 degrees.
As the outer ring can be pulled off the pre-assembled inner ring, both bearing rings are pressed in separately. Because single-row bearings can only accommodate axial forces in one direction, the design always requires a second, oppositely mounted rolling bearing, which is used to adjust the axial clearance.
