The FAG NJ2307 -E-XL-TVP2 cylindrical roller bearing, with a 35 mm bore, offers high radial load-carrying capacity and axial guidance in one direction.
The NJ2307 -E-XL-TVP2 cylindrical roller bearing is a single-row radial roller bearing from FAG designed for industrial applications. With key dimensions of a 35 mm bore diameter, an 80 mm outer diameter and a 31 mm width, the roller bearing can withstand high radial loads. Thanks to the line contact between the rollers and raceways, this open roller bearing is designed for high loads. It has standard radial clearance and is suitable for a temperature range of -30 to +120 degrees Celsius.
As a support bearing, this design accommodates not only high radial forces but also axial forces from one direction. In the opposite direction, the design allows for axial displacement, thereby compensating for thermally induced changes in the shaft’s length. The inner ring can be removed from one side, which facilitates the separate assembly of the inner and outer rings.
The integrated polyamide cage (TVP2) guides the cylindrical rollers quietly and is characterised by its low weight. The elastic properties of the plastic dampen vibrations during operation and support the rolling element system during acceleration. As the outer ring is manufactured without a groove or lubrication bore, lubricant is supplied via the surrounding structure. The bearing complies with tolerance class P0/PN or ABEC 1.
This single-row roller bearing is characterised by two solid flanges on the outer ring and one solid flange on the inner ring. This enables it to withstand high radial forces whilst also serving as a support bearing for unilateral axial forces. The polyamide cage ensures smooth running within a temperature range of -30 to +120 degrees Celsius.
With an internal diameter of 35 mm, an external diameter of 80 mm and a width of 31 mm, the roller bearing has standardised main dimensions. This geometry allows for space-saving installation whilst maintaining a high radial load capacity.
The NJ design features two fixed shoulders on the outer ring and one fixed shoulder on the inner ring. This design guides the shaft axially in one direction and allows axial movement in the opposite direction to compensate for changes in length.
The polyamide cage, designated TVP2, is characterised by low friction and low weight. The material dampens running noise and is designed for use in a temperature range of -30 to +120 degrees Celsius.
In the absence of integrated seals, as well as a groove and lubrication hole in the outer ring, lubrication is provided via the application housing. Suitable roller bearing grease or lubricating oil lubricates the open raceways and the polyamide cage directly during operation.
Manufacturing is carried out in accordance with tolerance class P0/PN, which corresponds internationally to the ABEC 1 standard. This standard tolerance is suitable for precision industrial shaft bearings with standard fits.
