The FAG NUP2319 -E-XL-TVP2 cylindrical roller bearing, a single-row fixed bearing with a 95 mm bore and an outer diameter of 200 mm, offers a high radial load capacity.
The FAG NUP2319 -E-XL-TVP2 cylindrical roller bearing supports shafts with a 95 mm bore diameter and, as a fixed bearing, absorbs radial forces as well as axial forces limited on both sides. Thanks to its solid construction, with a width of 67 mm and an outer diameter of 200 mm, this single-row bearing transmits high radial loads via the line contact of the cylindrical rolling elements. Fitted with a polyamide cage and standard radial clearance, this open rolling bearing is suitable for demanding industrial applications. Design engineers and maintenance personnel specifically use this design for precise shaft guidance.
In mechanical assemblies, the component is used where bearing locations must simultaneously absorb very high radial forces and where defined axial guidance of the shaft in both directions is required. Thanks to the cylindrical rollers with a wide contact surface, the roller bearing offers high radial stiffness. Maintenance engineers use this dimensionally accurate design for standardised assembly procedures during repairs or new constructions in mechanical engineering.
The NUP design is characterised by two fixed flanges on the outer ring, one fixed flange on the inner ring and a loose flange disc, enabling the bearing to accommodate axial guidance forces in both directions. The polyamide cage (TVP2) guides the rolling elements with low friction and ensures smooth running with a low weight. As this is an open bearing, you can select the appropriate lubricant and external housing seals according to the specific requirements of your system. The permissible temperature range is between -30 and +120 degrees.
With an inner diameter of 95 mm, an outer diameter of 200 mm and a width of 67 mm, the bearing defines fixed mounting dimensions for the shaft and housing. Always check the dimensions of the bearing housing before installation to ensure a precise fit for the single-row cylindrical roller bearing.
NUP-type cylindrical roller bearings function as full-complement fixed bearings. The outer ring has two fixed flanges, whilst the inner ring has one fixed flange and a separate flange disc. This design locks the shaft axially in both directions and, in addition to primarily high radial loads, also transmits moderate axial forces within the drivetrain.
The polyamide cage is characterised by low friction and a low moment of inertia. It guides the cylindrical rollers smoothly and quietly under varying loads. Compared with solid metal cages, the lightweight plastic material reduces the overall weight and improves running-in behaviour within the lubricating film, within the permissible operating range of up to +120 degrees.
The normal bearing clearance corresponds to the standard internal clearance between the rollers and the raceways when the bearing is in its unassembled state. This clearance compensates for the typical reduction in clearance that occurs when the bearing rings are pressed onto the shaft and housing, as well as for thermal expansion during normal operation. Under standard temperature conditions, this design ensures low-vibration and smooth running.
As the bearing is supplied from the factory without integrated cover or sealing washers, it requires a sealed housing with suitable lubrication. You can lubricate the cylindrical roller bearing either with grease or via an oil circulation system. Protection against contaminants and moisture is provided by external sealing elements such as radial shaft seals or labyrinth seals incorporated into the housing design.
The permissible operating range is from -30 to +120 degrees. This range is primarily limited by the polyamide cage and the material properties of the components. Select a temperature-stable lubricant to ensure that the lubricating film is reliably maintained even at the upper and lower temperature limits.
