Thrust washer
Thrust washers are preferably used to absorb and transmit axial forces and at the same time serve to fix moving components in relation to each other. They also ensure axial guidance accuracy. As a rule, thrust washers are offered for maintenance-free applications (dry-running) or for low-maintenance applications (lubricated) due to the material used. They are suitable for many applications due to their small space requirement, simple installation and low friction coefficient.
