Needle Roller/angular C.b
Due to their combination of a radial needle roller bearing and an angular contact ball bearing, needle roller/angular contact ball bearings can absorb radial loads and - depending on the design - axial loads on one or both sides. The axially very stiff bearing arrangements made possible by using these bearings allow locating bearing arrangements with only a very small radial installation space. The inner ring can be installed separately from the outer ring and needle roller/ball set.
