The SKF 22313 E self-aligning roller bearing, measuring 65x140x48 mm, offers reliable angular misalignment compensation and high load-carrying capacity for demanding industrial applications.
The SKF 22313 E self-aligning roller bearing is a double-row roller bearing designed for heavy mechanical loads. With an inner diameter of 65 mm, an outer diameter of 140 mm and a width of 48 mm, the bearing can simultaneously accommodate high radial forces and axial forces in both directions. Manufactured from standard 100Cr6 rolling bearing steel in the Explorer design, this rolling bearing is rated for operating temperatures from -30 to +200 degrees Celsius. It serves as a design solution for demanding shaft mountings in mechanical engineering.
The 22313 E self-aligning roller bearing is suitable for designs where high loads act on shafts and where deflection or misalignment must be compensated for. The angularly adjustable design prevents harmful edge stresses inside the bearing should shafts deform under load. Typical applications include mountings subject to combined radial and axial forces as well as misalignment. Thanks to its open design, the bearing can be integrated into existing oil or grease lubrication systems.
This bearing features a lubrication groove with lubrication holes in the outer ring, allowing lubricant to reach directly between the rows of rollers. This facilitates relubrication during maintenance. The integrated sheet steel cage guides the barrel-shaped rollers with low vibration, even during rapid changes in speed. Thanks to dimensional accuracy to PN class, combined with increased running accuracy to P5 class, the shaft runs particularly smoothly, whilst the standard radial bearing clearance is suitable for many standard fits.
The 22313 E spherical roller bearing has an inner diameter of 65 mm, an outer diameter of 140 mm and a width of 48 mm. These dimensions comply with the standardised dimensions of the 223 series.
The rollers run on a shared hollow spherical raceway within the outer ring. In the event of misalignment or shaft deflection, the inner ring, together with the set of rollers, pivots smoothly. This prevents the component from experiencing damaging edge loads and overheating during operation.
The bearing has a circumferential lubrication groove with holes on its outer ring. Using the appropriate bearing housing, you can direct grease or lubricating oil precisely into the centre of the bearing. This ensures that the lubricant is distributed directly onto the rolling elements and raceways.
The PN tolerance class describes the standard dimensional accuracy required to ensure a secure fit on the shaft and in the housing. The P5 classification relates to running accuracy and denotes tighter concentricity tolerances. This promotes low-vibration and quiet operation of the shaft.
The spherical roller bearing, made from standard roller bearing steel 100Cr6, is designed for temperatures between -30 and +200 degrees. As no integrated rubber seals are fitted, the actual operating limit depends largely on the industrial lubricant selected and the housing seal.
