The SKF NU319 ECP cylindrical roller bearing (95x200x45 mm) is a single-row non-locating bearing with a polyamide cage, designed for high radial loads in mechanical engineering.
The SKF NU319 ECP cylindrical roller bearing is an open, single-row rolling bearing designed for demanding industrial applications. With a bore of 95 mm, an outside diameter of 200 mm and a width of 45 mm, this design can withstand high radial loads. In the Explorer version, the bearing features an optimised internal design that reduces friction. The polyamide cage ensures quiet operation with normal radial clearance. You receive a disassemblable component for precise assembly procedures.
This cylindrical roller bearing is particularly suitable for bearing arrangements subject to purely radial loads where thermal length changes in the shaft occur. As it is designed as a floating bearing, the inner ring can be removed from both sides, allowing axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing to be compensated for freely within the bearing. Typical applications include shaft bearings in general mechanical engineering subject to high radial loads. As the bearing is of an open design, it is usually operated in sealed housings with an external lubricant supply.
The NU design is characterised by two solid flanges on the outer ring and a flangeless inner ring. As a result, the bearing does not transmit any axial forces. Check in advance whether a fixed bearing provides axial guidance. The lightweight polyamide cage is designed for a temperature range of –30 to +120 degrees. With dimensional accuracy P0 (ABEC 1) and increased running accuracy to P6 (ABEC 3), the bearing offers reliable concentricity for industrial manufacturing standards.
The bearing has an inner diameter of 95 mm, an outer diameter of 200 mm and a width across flats of 45 mm. It is a single-row roller bearing without sealing rings. Thanks to these standardised key dimensions, the model can be precisely integrated into existing housing and shaft fits.
In the NU design, there are two fixed guide flanges on the outer ring, whilst the inner ring is manufactured without flanges. This means the inner ring can be removed from either side. This allows both bearing rings to be fitted separately and fully compensates for operational length expansion of the shaft within the bearing.
The permissible operating range is between -30 and +120 degrees Celsius. This range is limited, amongst other things, by the integrated polyamide cage. To ensure trouble-free operation, you should select lubricants whose viscosity and thermal resistance are suited to this operating range.
The component combines two specifications: its dimensional accuracy complies with standard class P0 or ABEC 1, whilst its running accuracy complies with the finer class P6 or ABEC 3. This combination ensures smooth running and an even distribution of load across the cylindrical rollers.
The polyamide cage is characterised by its low mass and good damping properties. It guides the rollers quietly and reduces inertial forces during changes in rotational speed. This makes the bearing particularly suitable for applications where low noise levels and smooth running are required.
As this roller bearing is of an open design and has no seals, lubricant must be supplied via the machine housing. The outer ring has no lubrication groove or lubrication bore. The lubricant – either oil or grease – must therefore be fed to the rollers from the side via the open bearing cross-section.
