1.   Employees

In accordance with Section 5 of the German Federal Data Protection Act, all kugellager-online GmbH & Co. KG employees are required to maintain data confidentiality.

You can use our online services without providing any of your personal data.When using our website, data, such as the name of your Internet service provider, the website from which you are visiting us, our websites that you visit and your IP address, is stored for security purposes.      This data could possibly lead to your identification, but it is not used for this purpose.  They may be used for statistical purposes, but the individual user will remain anonymous.  Where data is passed to external service providers, we have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that applicable data security regulations are followed.

kugellager-online GmbH & Co. KG takes technical and organisational security measures to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are continuously updated to correspond to technological developments.

 

10. Children 

Protecting the privacy of children is an important issue. For this reason, we do not collect, process or use any information that we know to belong to persons under 14 years of age without having first obtained verifiable consent from a legal representative.   The legal representative can view or request the information provided by their child to be deleted on request.
